Stevie Ray Vaughan ringtones for Verizon, Nextel, Cingular, Sprint and other cell phones
Born in Dallas, Texas, Stevie Ray Vaughan started playing professionally in his late teens, mostly around the Austin bars. First with a band called the Cobras, then with Triple Threat, Stevie Ray Vaughan took on the vocalist role as well as the lead guitarist in 1978, when the band changed its name to Double Threat. These shows exposed Stevie Ray Vaughan to David Bowie and other leading figures in the music world who invited him to play with them and record the band's music for the major labels.
